all shipping options will be dispatched between 2-15 days! It varies as I am a one person team, but if your order takes longer to ship out I will include extra little gifts for your patience 💕
parcels are shipped through Australia post, so standard shipping is about 2-8 days and express 1-5 days :-) this also depends on the delivery location/service provider.

Shipping issues?
When your parcel leaves my hands, I am no longer responible for it. I will do my best to help with any shipping concerns, but please be patient as that requires a lot of back and forth communication with postage providers!
Incorrect Address?
If you have made an order but provided an invalid/incorrect address and your parcel is bounced back to me, unfortunately you will need to pay for shipping again if you would still like your items. I do my best to pick up on addresses with mistakes and such, but please double check your address information before ordering. I understand that may seem trivial, but I should not have to pay for your mistake :-( it makes me sad too don't worry!
