All AWC jewelry is hand-crafted with a wide range of quality materials. Each product will have a detailed description of the pieces' materials, as each and every piece is unique and detailed. 

All AWC is made with the following base materials: nylon-coated stainless steel Tigertail wire (35mm-50mm), stainless steel findings (e.g. clasps, chain, crimps, etc) and ion-plated real gold or gold tone findings. If an item doesn't have one of these, the alternative materials will be listed in the product description!

My customs open and close fairly regularly, so to keep in the loop of whether I am accepting commission or not please follow my instagram! I will say in my bio if they are open or not :-)

At AWC, we strive to use sustainable business practices to ensure we only leave a small footprint! All packaging is either recyclable or made from recycled materials! All bubble wrap is second hand (I reuse them from online bead orders and such!), the little colored pouches can be reused, and all order notes/business cards are made with recyclable paper. Many AWC pieces also include vintage/retro/recycled/secondhand beads and pendants! 

If there's an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us! As the package is out of our hands, we'll need to get into contact with the shipping company and open a case/report. For international orders this is a longer process, as both shipping companies will need to communicate, which can unfortunately take some time. Meanwhile, we will do our best and provide compensation/replacement after contact with delivery providers.
